In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for the purchase price, (less credit card fees) provided your item is returned in the same condition as when purchased. A restocking fee may apply. Buyer responsible for the cost of return shipping, packaging, and insurance.
Refund for the purchase price minus original shipping and packaging costs will be issued to the original payment source once returned item is received in original condition.
Buyer is responsible for insurance coverage and claims for any damage, loss, or theft of merchandise that may occur during return shipment.
Should you wish to return an item, notify us from our Contact Form within 72 hours of receipt and ship the item back to us, fully insured, at your own expense within 7 days.

Payment Options
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB cards. We reserve the right to hold all merchandise until full payment has been received.
We are located in Portland, Oregon. Oregon does not have a general Sales Tax.
International Orders
Our payment service only accepts card processing from the US. Our payment service currently does not support payment card processing outside of the US or in U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Our payment service is working to bring payments processing to more markets and will share updates on our website.
Shipping
Orders received before 12:00 PM Noon, Monday-Friday, are generally shipped the same day; otherwise orders are shipped the next business day. We strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours. We currently ship all our VARIVAS Direct Online Shop orders through US Postal Priority Mail 1-3 Business Days Service. The shipping charge is FREE for orders of $50 or more.
